1. Do you take insurance?

We do not accept Insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid under any circumstance.

The best way to find your match is to talk to one of our front desk assistants. 

3. How do I make an appointment?

The best way to make an appointment is to call our front desk, during business hours, at 770 755 6525. We prefer to speak to you directly rather than schedule through e-mail.



4. How long is the wait before I can come in for an office visit?

For a new patient it takes on average 1-2 weeks from calling to schedule to coming in to see the doctor.

5. What if I need to cancel last minute or if I miss my appointment?

Please note we do charge a $40 cancellation/no show fee if we are not notified at least 24 hrs in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
