Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna

Our sauna is a full spectrum infrared sauna unlike many others which only use far infrared. What is the difference?

There are three levels of infrared; near, mid and far. Each resonate with the subcutaneous fat layer of the human body producing different healing responses. Near infrared is specific for cell health, the renewal of skin, tissue growth and wound healing. Mid infrared penetrate deeper into soft tissue where inflammation occurs and increases circulation and blood flow. It can also reduce muscle and joint pain. Far infrared penetrates deepest in the body reaching the adipose tissue, and fat cells where toxins are stored. Far infrared induces sweating and the release of a variety of chemical toxins and heavy metals.

The benefit of a full spectrum infrared sauna is to address all health concerns in one session using all three spectrums of energy. Wellness improvements occur sooner if you use an infrared sauna daily. On average, most people partake in 30-45 minute sessions, 3-4 times a week.
