No Bake Chocolate Almond Cookies

Easy to make when in need of a sweet fix! Great for chocolate lovers!



1 Cup 62% Cacao dark chocolate chunks/chips


1/4 cup Flaked Coconut, unsweetened

1/2 cup Almonds, chopped

Place in microwave for thirty seconds to one minute. Stir all three ingredients together, spoon drop on parchment paper. Place in the freezer for thirty minutes to an hour.


They can also be crumbled up and added as a topping to other food items, such as vegan ice cream.
